    As a Senior HR Officer you will provide HR advice and support to employees and managers. You will be focusing on improving, optimizing and digitizing processes and procedures within the organization and to get approval on the changed procedures by the works council. Next to the day to day HR operations, you will be involved in multiple HR projects and work closely together with the HR team. Tasks and responsibilities HR Coordinate and execute recruitment process, both directly and through agencies, select new employees in close cooperation with responsible management and ensure correct onboarding. Relationship management Develop, build and maintain working relationships internally and externally HR Administration Handle all related correspondence and contracts according to set HR Operational Procedures. Provide guidance to HR Administrator and/or HR Assistant. Supervise and/or execute preparation and delivery of contractual documents or correspondence. Ensure timely and correct administration of all HR related information according to procedures and guidelines. HR Reporting Ensure timely and correct reporting to superior based on set key performance indicators in accordance with applicable procedures and guidelines.
